Pricing FAQs

Common questions about our pricing

What is included in the free zone package price?

The free zone starting price of AED 12,000/year includes the free zone licence, flexi-desk or virtual office, one investor visa, Emirates ID and medical, and registered address for one year. Actual cost varies by zone, office package, and number of visas required.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Avyanco provides a fixed-fee engagement letter before any work begins. Government registration fees, visa costs, and medical fees are disclosed upfront and passed through at cost. You approve the full budget before we proceed.

Can I get more visas than the package includes?

Yes. Additional visas can be added at any time. Mainland visa quotas are tied to office size. Free zone zones offer additional visa allocations with larger office packages. We advise on the most cost-effective visa structure for your headcount.

How are offshore company prices structured?

RAK ICC offshore incorporation starts from AED 6,500, which includes the incorporation fee, registered agent for one year, and constitutional documents. Annual renewal fees apply from year two. Offshore companies cannot sponsor UAE residence visas.

What is the cheapest way to set up in the UAE?

A UAE free zone company (IFZA, SHAMS, or Meydan) with a single investor visa starts from approximately AED 12,000–15,000 per year. For purely international operations with no UAE residency requirement, a RAK ICC offshore company is the lowest-cost option from AED 6,500/year.

Do prices include VAT?

Avyanco's professional fees are subject to 5% UAE VAT. Government fees, free zone registration charges, and third-party costs are pass-through charges at the prescribed government rate and do not attract VAT.
